Under Ben Gorb's termination policy, he reserves the right to conclude a lesson if he perceives disrespectful behaviour from the student or if there are alterations to the lesson booking that result in a misalignment of time or price with his schedule. In such cases, the student or client will be held responsible for all expenses incurred prior to the termination of the lesson.
In the event that Ben has to cancel a lesson on short notice, he is committed to rescheduling it within the same week. Students are requested to allow up to ten minutes of waiting time before leaving a lesson if Ben is running late, and any late notice regarding changes will be communicated as promptly as possible.
